1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Velvet Glow (website or Android app), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
The service is intended for salon / parlour businesses and their staff — not for children under 13.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping login credentials safe and for activity under your parlour account.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal, abusive, or adult content. Do not attempt to access another parlour’s data. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your content
You own the client and business data you enter. You grant us permission to store and process it to provide the service.
6. Service availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product improves.
7. Account deletion
You may request deletion from Profile. If you do not sign in again within 90 days, the parlour account and related server data are permanently deleted. Signing in within 90 days cancels the request.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
